[b]Fatal Blow[/b]: Damage nerfed from (110% * 8 hits) to (85% * 8 hits).

Dual Master (55-69)
[b]Flash Jump[/b]: MP requirement increased from (12) to (25). Max level has been lowered from 20 to 15.

[b]Tornado Spin[/b]: Damage increased from (250%) to (300%). ~Mob count decreased to 6.
[b]Upper Stab[/b]: Consumes (45 MP). Pops monsters into the air. Deals (240% damage) in (1 hit) to (6 mobs). Deals a (bonus 70% damage) if the monster is in the air.

Slasher (70-119)
[b]Chain Hell (aka Chains of Hell)[/b]: Consumes (75 MP). Deals (80% damage) to (1 monster) (10 times). Attack range is 140%. [i]100% Critical rate![/i]
[b]Vital Steal[/b]: (passive skill) When you attack a monster, there is a (5% chance) of absorbing (10% of the damage as HP). Cannot recover more than 15% of your max HP at once.
[b]Advanced Dark Sight[/b]: Max level changed from 20 to 10. While in Advanced Dark Sight, you can attack, and there is a (49% chance of being able to stay in Dark Sight mode). Furthermore, there is a (20% chance) to increase the (total damage of your attack by 50%).
[b]Flying Assaulter[/b]: Nerfed from (420% damage) to (225% damage). (Range increased from 280% to 300%.)
[b]Owl Dead (aka Owl Spirit)[/b]: Consumes (37 MP). There is a (49% rate of instant kill). If it is OHKOed, then you get a (130% damage bonus) for the next (15 attacks) (rather than the old 10).
[b]Bloody Storm[/b]: MP consumption increased from (44) to (50). Damage nerfed from (420%) to (225%). (Range extended from 280% to 300%.)

Dual Blader (120+)
[b]Phantom Blow[/b]: Active skill (attack). Consumes (42 MP). Deals (~105% damage) (6 times) to (1 enemy). 195% range. ~Ignores 20% of the enemy's defense.
[b]Sharpness[/b]: (passive skill) (+25% chance) to do a critical hit. Minimum critical damage increased by (20%).
[b]Monster Bomb[/b]: MP consumption increased from (40 MP) to (60 MP). Damage ~increased from (1380%) to (1650%).
[b]Final Cut[/b]: Cooldown ~remains at 90 seconds. Duration lowered from (44 seconds) to (40 seconds). Attack bonus lowered from (200% damage) to (140% damage). There is a (15% chance) for an instant kill.
[b]Sudden Raid[/b]: Removed. Changed to "Blade Fury", a completely new attack.
[b]Blade Fury[/b]: Active skill (attack). Consumes (65 MP). Deals (~165% damage) (3 times) to up to (6 enemies).
[b]Thorns[/b]: Critical effects REMOVED. Active skill (self-buff): Consumes (90 MP). For 210 seconds, (increases base ATT by 30), and gives a (90% chance to not get knocked back).

1st job:
Nimble Body MASSIVELY buffed.

2nd job:
Triple Stab was nerfed beyond recognition.

2nd job +:
Fatal Blow got nerfed EVEN MORE.

3rd job:
-Flash Bang's max level lowered from 20 to 5.
-Tornado Spin's damage increased.
-Upper Stab moved to this advancement.

3rd job +:
-New Skill: Vital Steal (passive draining skill)
-Chains of Hell was moved to this job. It was nerfed badly.
-Advanced Dark Sight grants a bonus critical attack that stacks on top of other criticals!
-Owl Spirit gives the damage increase for more attacks.
-Flying Assaulter nerfed badly. Range increased slightly.
-Bloody Storm nerfed badly. Range increased slightly.

4th job:
-New Skill: Phantom Blow. Deals 110% damage 6 times to 1 enemy. Slightly faster than Triple Stab.
-New Skill: Sharpness. Increases chance to do a critical by 25% and increases min. damage by 20%.
-Monster Bomb: Nerfed slightly.
-Final Cut: Cooldown lowered, duration increased, damage bonus greatly lowered, and gives a 15% instant-kill rate.
-Sudden Raid: Turned into Blade Fury. If you used the skillbook already, then don't fret, because it will still be in effect. (I think.) The actual Ultimate skill can no longer be used, though.
-New Skill: Blade Fury. Deals 180% damage 3 times to 6 mobs. Slightly slower than L7, slightly faster than Triple Stab.
-Thorns: CRITICAL EFFECT REMOVED. Gives +30att and 90% chance of not getting knocked back.

Wow I hate BB...
My DB was unfunded and needed that little bit of over power to even be on par with most in Broa.
Now I'm considered so weak.
The consistency of my damage is also all over the place.
I barely have time to play and even getting to lvl 55 was an accomplishment for me.... now I'm thinking about quitting altogether.

I have to be honest, this pisses me off. Every time a class gets nerfed, Night Lords get better.

Seems to me like we'll be majorly moving to a 1v1 class and hopefully we rock at Bossing with Phantom Blow since no more CoH (well at least not a strong one for 4th job)

i think you misunderstood XD

The guy was asking if the blade (or, as most people in gMS know it, the Katara) will become like the att shield-- simply an accessory that adds to the dagger's damage.
I said no, and that our dagger's damage and the blade's damage (aka Katara's damage) will be put into a single, powerful damage range, which will determine our damage for all attacks.

In a way.
Instead of 70% Base damage (like it always was, except for that one phase in kMST when Lionheart was made), the Reconstruction turns it into 70% Skill damage.
So, basically, if you max MI, it's an instant *1.7 to all of your attacks (except for Owl Dead, Flash Bang, etc. and Fatal Blow and CoH because they go beyond 15 hits with MI).

No one knows the formula yet, so the "att shield" thing probably won't happen. But yeah, the Dagger and Blade ranges are being mushed together one way or another (or so i've heard).

Yea yea yea they gettin more on par with other classes and all but the REAL question is... [b]DO I STILL GOTTA PAY NX FOR SKILLS?[/b] ..if so, that's a serious rip off... Do the dbs that already made their classes get their nx back? Cus this is like buying a big mac.. taking it home and as you're eating it you realize that the special sauce and lettuce and some ingredients just randomly got spoiled.

heh i guess the FC nerf is a bummer but i sort of understand, im thinkiing a DB having Thorns and FC (with FC old attack bonous) was too much. Still 140% isnt bad.
As for phantom blow, i dont really think we can call it a nerf, yes it goes from 110-105 but now it can ignore defense on a monster, not really a nerf but balance, you give a little you get a little.

People have to remeber that with the new damage formula not dagger-katara-dagger-katara etc... DBs of reconruct are doing a lot more than DBs now, damage change is a huge buff and these reconstruction changes are too prevent the OP

Although the 20% PDef ignore will help a lot for Phantom Blow... Meh. I'm a little annoyed about the MASSIVE nerf to Final Cut, but whatever.

From what I hear, the new patch reduced Blade Fury's damage slightly and increased the cooldown time of Final Cut again. Bummer.
