On a db(got equips before db are going to be created again)

Katara: 119 att
Hat,overall,boots,gloves, and cape- clean emp set.
9% half earings
5att face accesory
no pendant currently
Rings:
Evolving Ring 3 lvl 10
6% tempest Ring
Idk what to get on the other 2 (need some help plz)

how much would 15%or 30% affect my range if im at level 140?
I would say around 30-40k buffed depending on your level
hmm thx guys i urrently only have 1.4b how should i spend it wisely and which of the items should i cube first?
Other 2 rings should be an Evo 2 and an ABR if you don't have a lot of funding. If you have enough funding, you can get more % rings. I'd say at level 140 with all those equips, you'd have around 28k clean range? I dunno, that's just a rough guess, but I think I'm making it a tad too low.
What level would you be and how much base luk would you have?
