Are these New Items?
I was on my kaiser and I keep finding these green general items. Are they new or are they part of an event? And do you get like a special animation if you have all of the set?
I didn't know where to put this.

All purple ones are epic on reveal.

Not an event, they are an addition to the game, I nice addition I would say.
You can find those lvl30 items from mobs around level 30, of course. There are also lvl60 items, which come from mobs around lvl60.
They always come with potential and an Epic outcome.
And no, there is not an animation if you equip all the items.
once you are around 30 you find them, they arent event items, they always have potential.
Once level 60ish you get the purple version. always epic potential(got 4% gloves and boots on my merc)
