I never had a problem with explorer warrior's mobility. Sure, they don't have any vertical mobility, but their horizontal mobility is astounding. I'm pretty sure it beats double jumps. Also, if you jump the instant you slipstream (try pressing both at the same time) you'll gain bonus height and distance.

Thats a helpful Pro/Con list! Thank you, I started to make one hoping I could get to at least 3rd Job, my only problem is the non mobile thing. I spent a lot of time playing as Thief and Pirate chars so I am accustomed to fast classes and I hope I can make an adjustment to the non mobile DrK.

Will do! and I have been doing some research and I now need to decide between F/P or DrK

Mechanics. They are pretty fun, and not to mention they are great mobbers as well as bossers. They also have decent damage with out too much funding ^.^

Its pretty easy to hit max damage with myst explosion and you get to use alot of different skills and its a very unique kind of gameplay.

Nope, they only get more fun as you go, but I leveled pre-bb and mutiny, but I still find buccs to be above most other classes in terms of enjoyment.
@batonrougegoon: I disagree wholly, but I guess we're all entitled to our own opinions.

If it's between bowmaster and marksman, go with the marksman. They have many more skills to utilize in fourth job. While bowmasters just spam Hurricane with the occasional Inferno, marksmen have Dragon Breath, Pierce, Ultimate Strafe, and Snipe (throwing in Arrow Eruption and Blizzard once in awhile).

So buccs are just boring all around? and wb F/P mage? I would also like anyone's opinion on fun classes.

4th job buccaneers are boring also. Look at my main character. As you can see i'm a scania bucc. hero and DK just isn't fun classes. Bow masters and marksman need real good funds to be enjoyable (unless your alright with mediocre damage.)

BUccanears get boring all they do is spam bucc blast and octo punch and dragon strike.

Hero's use raging blow as a 1v1 and mob attack. Only ONE ATTACKING skill threw your whole career as a Hero. boring.

DrK are a pain in the arse also.

Arans are fun because of there combo system nice vareity of skills.
luminous has a nice variety of skills and some cool gameplay.
Kaiser is pretty fun though i stopped at lv 30.

You're going to have to be more specific.

What type of class do you like? Do you prefer the Resistance? Heroes? Nova?
Do you like Thief-based classes, or Magician-based?

I could name some classes that I enjoy, but my interests most likely differ from yours.

I never understood how people played heroes. They bore me. And on that note, don't do NL either, IMO they're the most boring class in the game. Buccs are a blast, though (No pun intended). I also really enjoy the 3 normal resistance classes a lot.

Drk or Hero? Do they both have there ups/downs?
