Well we usually get free character slots when there's going to be a new class coming out or a retired class coming into the spotlight. So if the update will add a new job/class, then no. I also hear that at KMS, they've expanded the character slots. It'll take some time to get to us though.
I don't think its likely since they added the character slot coupon as a NX item

Fifteen characters per world. I actually have 12 now I think o-o All free coupons
i doubt we will get one.
cuz theres no new class being introduced, only some class that you can create again and some revamps.
