how do i get rid of my stuffy nose
i have a cold, it's been lasting for about a week now. i'm home alone and it's nearly 12am so i can't go to the store.
i already tried steamed water, it worked for about 10 minutes.
i have a really stuffy nose, i can barely breathe, i have to keep my mouth open. it is sooo uncomfortable.

Smell some menthol or something.
Sometimes when I drink water it just clears up the nose and then closes up the other one but not as bad but bleh :s
Well my cousin and I were sick the other week, so her, her husband and I went to a nice little chinese place and had some tea (possibly green tea, but I dont know).
It was like magic tea or something. Cleared my blocked nose and soothed my throat as well as tasting really nice. I'm sure you could try looking around your local supermarket for some tea's or something.
Or like FreezYa said, a nice hot shower helps.
Usually when i have a stuffy nose, I take a really long hot shower.
What's wrong with mouth breathers?
