If you can't get a channel for aliens, Pirates are probably your best grinding spot before hitting 110 and going to LHC.
The best place would be Aliens in NLC (ABC6 to be specific) and for 110+ your fastest choice would ultimately be LHC.
What I did was Aliens from 90 - 120
LHC from 120 - 160
I'm only 144 though, so I need to grind some more... ><
