How to get more Dex fast?
I'm trying to put as much luk as possible on my new phantom who has 0 funding, because people are saying that its so easy to luk bonuses nowadays. What are some easy way I can snag some Dex while being unfunded? Btw I'm lev 38 with my Phantom right now. Thanks!

at lvl 38 u cant get much dex besides the passive skill. try to get a sauna +10 dex and evo rings. dep star, zhelm basic stuff.
