So for cards which say +X atk per level such as Paladin, do they mean the level of the paladin, or the level of whatever you're playing? Thanks.

yeah a lvl 200 pally card would give 400 dmg range to a lvl 200 char.

That does not answer the question at all.
GUYS, learn to READ. Let's say his pally card gives 2 att per level. He's asking if his main gains the 2 att per level is based on the level of his pally, or based on the level of his main.
OT: I looked around, it appears it is based off of whatever you're playing (as @BlackDragon10 stated above). Furthermore, in case you did not know, it is not +X ATT per level but rather +X ATT [b]RANGE[/b] per level. It's not that big of a difference overall.
