Avoid the gym for a week

or 2... depending on how long the people last with their new years resolution.

@dragon2923 If you needed help with something why not just ask someone.. You shouldn't just expect random people to come up to you and help you, take the initiative and ask them for help. People at the gym are more often than not actually nice and helpful if you need help.
To add on, you will be seen as a prick if you offer unsolicited advice to random people in the gym, whether they actually need it or not.

@dragon2923: PTs are there for a reason. Usually when you join a gym, you don't jump right into it. A sensible person who knows the risk and dangers of weightlifting would do research and consult the pts there. This is why when you first join a gym a PT is there to record your lifts and tell you how to do it.

It isn't my job to tell someone what and how theyre doing something. If they choose to make a fool out of themselves its their choice

I get that you have to start somewhere but being incredibly ignorant of gym etiquette and the lifts itself is incredible to me.
Just yesterday I saw a man roll a bench into the only squat rack in order to do incline bench press. Bleh it's a common exercise but at my gym it's universally known that incline and decline are only done in the smith machine. Capitalizing two gym equipments out of the few is rude itself
but yea...smith machine
How can people know if there is no one to tell them how it works? Did you tell the guy that he was doing it wrong? I bet not, you are just one of those fools who knows it all but shut his mouth so he can still outsmart everyone in that specific area.

First time I went to the gym I had no idea what to do and nobody told me how to do stuff... because everyone are selfish bastards.

They're puffed. They are obviously easier to lift!
