Is Nexon answering tickets now?
Yesterday, I saw quite a few resolved ticket threads. I checked and my ticket was a WIP! I went to go check again today and to my surprise, this was there:

As an apology, we are gifting you a Hairstyle Coupon and a Hair Color Coupon. We know that coupons do not make up for the frustrations you have had to endure, but we hope that we can wipe the slate clean and start over.
Please be patient while we send you the gifts as this process can take up to 10 business days. Also, please understand that this is a one-time package for one character on your account, and that no further compensation can be given. In addition, you will have until October 10th to pick up the Cash Shop gift from the rewards menu. Once it expires, we will not be able to send you another.
We would also like to take the time to remind you that, while we do our best to make MapleStory a safe and secure place for our gamers, the security of your account is ultimately your responsibility. Never share your information with anyone, do not interact with suspicious characters, and do not visit untrusted web sites. Bummed about how I only got a hair coupon for the stuff I lost, but at least Nexon is doing some(?) work!

Before when they sent out actual maple points, I didn't worry about getting hacked. Now....2x coupons and hair coupons.......wtf ..just wtf

This is pretty lazy of them. Instead of actually trying to answer the ticket, it's just a mass closing of open tickets with token compensation.
Disappointing.
Because hair products totally help you fund yourself.
