How much did I profit / lose?

I bought a Unique 3 lined lvl 75 half earrings for 149m.

The potentials were something on the lines of:
-Luk 6% or 9%
-All 3%
-something crappy

I then cubed it and I got:
-Str 6%
-Str 6%
-All 6%

I'm making this thread cuz I want to merch but don't really know much about prices.
Oh and the item is crafted, although I don't see that as a problem but others may.
