Help with advanced and regular enhance scrolls
So I have a Katara with 9 Stars and I want to just get the 10th star for now.
On basil, it says for regular enhance scrolls that 8 or more will be at a 10% chance which is the same for what it says for advanced which is 10 or more is at a 10% rate.
So if I wanted to enhance my katara to 10 stars or even more, would there be a difference with the success rates?
I don't enhance things much so I'm new to this

only when it is 10 and up it is 10%
I have heaps of protection scrolls, I just want to know if I can save like 20m per enhance scroll to get the last star.
Unless you have shield scrolls dont enhance at all. And using advanced enhancement scrolls is only for when its 9- enhances. So use regular ones because ittl save you a ton of money.
