In the end it all depends on your funding... Im level 100 now and I capped my str at 25 and I still get the other 65 Str out of my equpits to be able to use my Peacemaker... I know this would be hard for alot of others, so all depends on how much bread ya got bruh. Lol!
w8 lol noticed it was an outlaw post. Cap it wenever u want. for a htp and czak person, i would say around 35 or so, just a sauna dep star and zhelm person would be around 60
