Staff 1, 5 and 8 are quite common because of our pmd event. The wands are rare though, you're looking at about 600m+ for any of them.

I saw some for only 110m, but I believe it was a lowleveled staff/wand. :

Yup.
(above-> elemental wands provide elemental bonus damage, like if you use fire attack and have fire wand it would do extra damage)
Ele wands are rather costly, but I don't know the exact price. Probably few/several hundred millions or so?
