After Chaos the VIP Katara is the second best Katara you can get.
The best one is a Timeless Katara which has lv'd up 3 times +2 W.Atk and the last 2 being 1 Atk at least. Made with an Adv Diamond / Luk crystals.
You could use black crystal also to try raising it's atk higher.
For now however VIP is the best one for potential.
It isn't worth it in the long run.
Isn't the Lv121+ potential gonna be removed? thats the only thing that I wanted from it and will be removed.
