legendary pot on psb?
i just want to make sure that a psb can go to legendary potential. I always thought that it could but then someone told that only items that are lvl 120+ can go to legendary. Now im confused. I want to clear it up since my psb is currently at unique potential and would like to get it to legendary.

Who ever told you only 120+ weps could go Legendary? o.o God I hate it when people assume dumb crap and then pass it off to other people as fact...
i agree. psb can get to legendary. anything that can go rare can go legendary. gl
