Do you need to buy a shop or can you just trade it?
I feel like I'm messing up this selling-Perma NX thing

So not in regular trade? Can the other player start the NX trade or the player selling it?
To trade it, there's a special trade box for it. You'll see it when you right click someone.
You can also put it in a shop and sell it like a regular item.
