Enhancement Success Rate
Do Equip Enhancement scrolls stop working after awhile?
After successfully enhancing my bow 10 times, I just used 20 plain enhancement scrolls and NONE of them worked. (sure doesn't look like 10%)
Does the rate drop below 10%, or did I just get really unlucky?
