Would this be an upgrade?
hey guys I'm wondering if this overall that iM gonna get is going to be better than my current top and bottom:
currently i have a 9% top and a 9% bottom = 18%
but i want to get a 3L legendary 12% luk overall WITH 9 attack and like 30 luk
would this be an upgrade or a downgrade?
what about with full set?

would the +9 att cover the 6% luk that is lost?
