my a/c charger is beeping (yes i kn ow get a new one under warrenty, ect...) but what i cant undertand is why it dies when it supposed to supply the enerygy
now my dad lost his battery and is bound to his desk is he wants to use his laptop, hes have to do this over 3 years now
ive had my laptop under a year and my a/c charger is dead
i cant comprehend this at all can any one tell why it happens?

@bobr my dad is very cheap and he has fixed 1 part of the charger (the tip that goes into the laptop itself) so now i think i may get it but i only have 13min left on it right now

It's not that it runs out of energy, it's that some part of it BREAKS, so it stops working.

Why doesn't your Dad just buy a new battery..?

Heat can cause the internals of the power brick to degrade over time.
The capacitor or resistor inside of it blew out.
