If you're looking for areas to train rather than just PQs since they can be annoying, Jr. Cacti in Ariant, and the former Hoodoos Room in Haunted Mansion. Jr. Cacti give about 295 exp for 10K HP, and you should be able to 1 shot them a large amount of the time, and Hoodoos offer 335 exp for an unknown amount of hp, and the room also contains Twisted Jesters which give 1250 exp for 50K HP, but if you have 1 Triple Fire they shouldn't be much of a problem.
