Decent attack katara
What is considered a decent attack katara nowadays? I'm currently in the process of scrolling one and hoping for a range to shoot for. My loveless katara is currently scrolled 7 times with 105 attack with no EE's.

Actually I have a crapton of clean slates left over from bounty hunter event and I'm using those at the moment. I still have 150~ clean slates left over to use on the last two hammer slots. So funding isn't an issue on my side.
you need to be kinda funded to make a 100att+
decent would be around 85-90att+ this can be made with little fund and some luck
So is it possible for me to hit 150~ atk katara at my current pace if perfected? Btw, the katara hasn't leveled up yet.
My Goal: Perfect Vip Katara (base 70att)
