Changed the password when I didnt have to do it

Guys, in my computer we have 2 separate operative systems, Windows 7 for whatever we want and Windows XP for Maple. They locked the maple one (password in both Admin {not the system one} and my account). I found that I could change the password for my account by pressing F8 to enter the special mode thing, so I did. But trying to mess up with my unlocked acc, I opened the cmd and removed the password for Admin too, now when my brother (the one who puts the passwords) knows about it I don't know what will happen, tell my parents, block my Win 7 account too or I don't know. I removed the password for both accounts , idk why neither. What should I do?

If it changes anything, no one here knows that I know about the F8 thing.
