TB 1st SP allocation?
ok so i have 11sp.However,i cant add to my second skills and i have 10 in quick motion and 0 in dash, the rest is maxed. what should i do?

Huh? I thought xformation was like 120sec duration and 200sec cooldown or did i remember wrongly..
