This Auction has Ended
Hello,
I was eyeing a 3% luk Tempest Epaulet all day today, waiting to bid right before the auction ended. At 60 seconds left, I kept refreshing until there were 20 seconds left; I then placed a bid. immediately it said the auction ended. This doesn't make any sense; I didn't lag, it did not take 20 seconds for my input to hit the site, and it said 20 seconds right after I refreshed.
It seems to me that this is a fault with the site, because the time left is from the site not my computer, and I did not lag at all. Although now I know, I'm still quite bummed I missed the auction.
Anybody else having a similar problem?

Maybe the seller was on that 20 seconds and was not satisfied with the bidding and deleted it o.o
I feel you somewhat , I once auditioned on an item, last 30seconds someone bidded
@Darkwizzie: You are expecting perfection from the internet, which will never happen. Glitches are just part of the internet world. You should have considered this when you waited to post your bid.
Somebody did bid just a bit before I last checked, so I wanted to take it closer. I'll try not to do that in the future. But to Mr. Basil: For the sake of fixing errors and helping out other people who have not a chance to run into this problem yet, can you think of a reason why this occurred?
Why didn't you just put it in at 1 min? It's not like someone was competing with you for the epaulet at that exact time.
No, it's not my fault for waiting; it's technically the site's fault for glitching. The point of this thread isn't to establish blame, but rather to point out a problem that can hopefully be resolved in the future. A one sentence post about how it was my fault is irrelevant.
your fault for waiting , literally, the last seconds to post your bid. Sometimes things happen which we can't control.
Wishrightnow, unless there's a way to view past auctions, I don't remember the guy's name.
