Is it possible to land a 10 clean slate?
It seems impossible, because I failed at least 70 already without a single upgrade. Should I just buy 20% scrolls? :X

i passed 4/7 10%'s from the tempest shop >.<

If there were 20% clean slates in Bello half my problems would be solved.
I have passed 3/5 10%s, and failed 80+ in a row. It's luck.
I've passed more of those 10% slates than 50% scrolls in general lol.
Me and a friend Tried to get more enhances on an ele staff 7 during the prot scroll giveaway day. 30 EE at 10% chance and they all failed...
If I can pop an item with the 2% Boom rate on those 1% CSlates, you can land a 10% CSlate.
No it's not impossible the chance of passing one is 10%.
