From the BB guide at the main page:
" Way to calculate MISS-rate
HitRate = sqrt(YourAcc) - sqrt(MonsterAvoid) + 100 sqrt = Square Root
However, for every level you are below the monster, there is an extra 5% MISS-rate.
This means, to 100% hit a monster, you have to be at or above it's level and your acc should be the same or more as the monster's avoid. "
Making it short from some others players perception. It depends more nowadays on the level differences between your char and monsters. P.E. My dualblade misses at monsters one level higher than him at least on one or two of 8 hits; so warriors might have it a more difficult time on training at higher level than them monsters.
