Finger tip pushups for basketball
So I noticed that the ball keeps slipping a lot when I play basketball. So as a result I really want to increase the strength of my fingers. So does anyone know how to start doing these pushups, since I tried them and after like 1 it feels like my fingers are going to snap any second. Even doing 2 knee fingertip pushups hurt like hell. Any tips on how I can work my way up to 20 finger tip pushups?

If a basketball has a good amount of grip, the ball won't slip off your hands.
You should probably do some upside down pull ups for core strength too
I don't think finger pushups will help.
