P/c 15 Dex or 12 Dex cape
I've bought plenty of 15% Dex Equips before and they were all within 800-1b. Now everytime I see a 15% Dex cape going for sale people want them for 1.3-1.5b. Are they really that much or are the sellers just stupid/greedy?
Same for 12%, what's the price on that?

Yea I would understand its worth a bit more since it is a common equip item but damn, 1.5b? I could almost get 30% with that much money!
