Can someone finish my art?

It's for the release of Angelic Buster.
So I just finished doing the eyes and skin and all that face stuff, but I have to do teh hair, and I really don't want to, and don't know how to. I'm really bad at it too, so can someone finish this drawing for me?

I made some changes, like I removed the lines along the top and bottom of the lips, etc. PM and I'll send the file.

@DrewStars
Why would you put a watermark on a picture you want people to edit for you? i mean srsly?
Also, a pure grey background would only hinder your colour selection when you paint..
I'll comment back here after i'm done with the picture..

EDIT :

I have the fullsize improved version that you pm me for it. you can only learn/eyeball as much and must not be use in any kind of submission. Don't worry i won't do anything to it as well.

There's really alot to improve on and i can see that you're trying very hard. Besides the grey background and edits, i can give some tips here to you and to whomever who needs it.
About the background : try filling the background on a sperate layer while colouring. use dull colours/white EXCEPT the grey~pure black zone. i emphasize the importance of not relying on pure-white/pure-black palette since mostly everything would have a tiny tint of colour. See how i watercoloured some lightblue to give AB a 3D effect of her slowly fading out behind? that's the trick. it's everyone's experiment in this area to achieve what they like best.

About the hair : Well i basically used 2 kinds of brushes for it. 1 of them is the normal brush tool while the other is the "bristle" tool in PaintToolSAI. Basically using the thick brush tool to draft out the base hair before using the bristle tool to show the finer lighter hairs on top + few more light coloured brush strokes as the icing. I'm still inexperienced in photoshop so i can't place my input. In conclusion you'll have to play around with the brushes available in whatever programme you're using. Again, it's up to you to figure out what's best for you.

About Anatomy : This topic is quite touchy since alot of people slap in "B-but this is my style, y-you baka! or whatever" to cover up / self deny any traces in their lack of proper anatomy. i have to strongly remind that you have to learn proper anatomy before actually breaking off and finding this so-called "style" that many budding artists strive to find. The face was quite obvious that it's long (i know it can be a common mistake that is quite unnoticeable if lack training or that the artist has spent quite long on a piece, in which such mistakes might occur.) , which can be easily solved by editing the canvas. Maybe a break interval for you as well? Anyhow, you seem to have tone and spent alot time on those AB eyes LOL. i didn't even wanted to touch them much while i was editing. <3

Good luck!

LOL @below I EXPECTED SOMEONE TO DO THATT--

I could maybe do the hair. But you'd have to wait a few days because I don't get my tablet until monday
