Perhaps this is a typo? since I used 1 handed scrolls on my shining rod today ? o.o
Luminous 2-H .. *rages because I did not buy those 2-H 50% for magic scrolls*
-Luminous can obtain untradeable Special Mastery Books upon reaching Lv 70.
