gentlement. i gather you here today on this forum, to discus hyper skills one more time.
i think we got screwed i won't sugar coat it. 1. wind of frey should have no cool down, be boosted to 20 hits, 10000%, and have no ddamage cap.
2. triple hurricane. also don't cut the damage, just make it 250% x3...also it hits 6 mobs.
3. i want to move 180% speed while using it, regardless of my speed. also i want to be able to jump with it.
4. change "broiling shot's" name to..."death fire hell ball" also instead of an arrow it's a fireball..that comes from the pelvic region of our character. it hits 2600% damage..50 times.

5. mountable phoenix, deals special attack "phoenix-overdrive" the phoenix deals no delay touch damage of 3000% twice with a surrounding AoE of 500(on all sides)
6. sharp eyes- increase critical rate to 100%, and minimum critical damage by 6000%
7. concentrate- cut all mp usage add 100 attack
8. illusion step- 100% avoid rate
10. double hurricane isn't enough. tripple hurricane is not enough. dodeca hurricane. 12 lines of power.
anyway, this thread is the petition for that.

You are missing changes to other 4th job skills.
For elite puppet i want it to atract all the nearby players attacks to it so noone else can hit monsters on a map but BM's.
In AFA i want that other players on the same map make a crying face each time it activates for us.
Bow expert should allow us to have a 100% mastery.
Finally marksmanship should enable us to knockback other players so we can play noob-tennis.

breaking news! the bowmaster hyper skill now has a 15second cd from 120 seconds! also 4 hit inferno is coming with the hyper skills! bowmaster are now fixed and a valid class option brb remaking my bm

no, i was being totally serious. i seriously expect this multi-billion dollar company to listen to my demands.
Bow Masters need Vengeance back. It should trigger at 99% rate and if it fails to activate it will grant a 99% damage buff for 120 seconds. Vengeance of course will hit all monsters and bind bosses. TRUE VENGEANCE.
