Easiest Way of Obtaining Tempest Coins?
I'd say the title's self-explanatory, but if it doesn't clue you in right away: I'm just coming back to Maple from a short break of a couple months ([i]wanted to see people's impressions of Kaiser and Luminous before making my own[/i] ) and I just found out about the Tempest Coin events the other night. I checked a few things out and noticed that one of the two Tempest Coin NPCs - I think his name was 'Spark' - was selling new classless armor sets for Level 100 characters; did a little math and figured out, "[i]Hey, this is going to be way better than the set my perma-Beginner has now,[/i]" so I decided I'd try to get a set for her to wear if and when she ever makes it to Level 100. Also figured that I'd get the Elite Heliseum Warrior Cape and Belt for my main if I can get the extra 466 coins for then... I checked the site for any and all information they had on the current in-game happenings, but the main site told me absolutely nothing after all my searching.

• What's the easiest way to get Tempest Coins;
• how long would it take to get anywhere between 600~1000 coins; and
• how long is this coin-based event going to last?

Easiest way is to do gale gourd quest and kill mobs around your lvl for the 200 monster quest. And collect the ice chest and tempest box and open them
on a new class (kaiser,lumi,AB) do gale gourd, it's every 30 minutes you can AFK for a good 10 hours a day and get 80 coins

Easiest: Daily Tempest Coin of course.
Time to get coins: Depends how lucky you get. Go farm boxes.
Duration of Event: At least another month?
1) gale gourd on a nova character
2) a long time
3) when notre dame scores a touch down
till february and it will take a no-lifer to get that much coin in a week.
