The culture sharing thread
Hey Basilers,
This will be a thread to show each other life inside other countries. I know the majority of the people here come from the States or Canada, but this will be an opportunity to learn about other countries? Kind of?
If you find a video that shows how people live in certain countries, please post the URL below.
I will start with a video of Seoul, South Korea. (The Capital)

This is a video of natural areas located in Canada:

Btw, if you're not here to share the different societies around the world, please don't waste time.
If this is your first time here because I do not recognize you, the Chat forums usually abound with trolls, but a good number of them are frequenter trolls, so I'm used to immediately skipping over certain ID's when I see them in a thread. :x
OT: There's also Panamanian hat making techniques in Mexico that are very popular and rival Panamanian hats themselves.
I come here quite often, but in a thread like this, I was expecting a lot more out of the people.
Wow the basil community is much more insensitive, trolling and immature than I thought
And here I was thinking this community is by a large margin more mature than the Combat Arms Forums.
@pinoymystic: I love seafood <3
What do Filipinos eat most of the times? Anything particular?
It kinda varies. To me, (since I'm a pescatarian) I'd say seafood. Lots of fish and whatnot.
But there are meat dishes such as Tocino (can be beef or pork), Menudo (beef or pork, if chicken, its called afritada. Funny thing is this is a Spanish dish.) And etc.
It's usually a blend of Spanish dishes with their own twist.
Oh lord. I don't know wether I should talk about my Swedish or Kurdish life XD Living them both is so different *_*
Not like the swag, illest, hypebeast Filipinos, but the average Filipino are nice, quiet, and hospitible people.
Oh and most Filipinos eat with their hands.
I used to do it all the time, but I don't eat Filipino food that much.

@ZzXxskyxXzZ I'm not white... or American... lol
That's cool...
All I really have to say is, and as much as it pains me to say it, but... tacos. That is all.
Not Taco Bell, tacos, just tacos...
The ending gives you a fair idea: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJiHF-LoFWA
Edit: There's definitely a lot more to my parent's culture, but I just didn't do a decent job learning about it during my childhood. There's still a lot that I'm either disliking, or appreciating. :I
Why did you post on Asian one... Oh wait "azn pride" right? lol
So why don't you go ahead and post a one from Europe or America? Show your pride if that's what you want to call it.
Great, another G-dragon wannabe and g generation perv.
Funny how I don't like g-dragon that much. And I guess sharing different cultures is still considered wrong.
