Not a chance bucko. Just take medicine and hope it doesn't make you sound/feel [i]too[/i] bad.
No, plenty of fluids, medicine and rest. Good luck on your speech though!
Hot towel on the head, tons of medication.
Throw in a colonoscopy for good measure.
