well now that you are here on the guide for pally build says that blast must have 30 points and i only have 10, so is it because i need a skill book? or what?

it is because you don't truly believe in the heart of the cards
@Fusoya Actually you can use a 30 book when the skill lv is 15 and a 20 book when the skill lv is 5.
yes you need a skill book for all your skills how did you make it to level 120 without knowing this?
