Not true. You just looked at raw % and nothing else. Lvl 1 QT beats Max TT. This is because QT combined with claw booster has a faster attack speed. Also I believe when the damage formula for TT got nerf in Chaos, it still remain as I see the damage is relatively lower than it should be.

So Lvl 1 QT --> Max TT

No dont max TT it is a complete waste honestly. max everything else first including any leftover skills in second job you dont need TT much since QT is better.

1 on TT, Max EVERYTHING, then work on TT

I don't know...I don't use dark flare at all. I probably used TT more than Dark Flare lol.

Concentrate on everything else since you have Quad Throw in 4th Job but I'm pretty sure it still has to raised to about 13-14.

Get it to level 1, and leave it there until EVERYTHING else is maxed (including any leftover 2nd job skills). It gets replaced entirely in about 40 levels.
