I recently got hacked and submitted a ticket to nexon. Am I ever going to hear from them again and get my items back?

When I submitted a ticket because all my mesos from my Gold Sack disappeared (not hacked, I think it glitched) it took them 10 months to compensate with 10K NX.
I'm 5 months in on a hack ticket. It keeps getting updated to work in progress, but no notes. I'm just like, WORKING ON WHAT? HOW TO READ ENGLISH?
they will just keeping running updates on your post for like the next 6 months
If you actually read the nexon's actual posts, in the help section. They said, "if you get hacked, we're not responsible for any items"
Most likely not.
Although I'm interested to see if those who have bought more nx get priority over those who don't. I haven't bought any and I haven't heard from them in awhile.
