If Trial ksp is bigger than Ksp, precipitation doesn't form right?

Precipitate forms if trial ksp is larger than ksp, so precipitate WILL form...

KSP is the maximum solubility of ions without precipitating. AKA solution is fully saturated. If you have a trial ksp greater than this number, then you will form precipitate. If you have a trial ksp less than this number, no precipitate will form, and the solution is not fully saturated.
