Can someone give me the steps to retrieving my old account with the password? ive been trying to put it in on the website but i really cannot recall the password or the ID help?

I've done that, and Nexon gave me that website, so....
I'm trying to help someone.
Log a ticket. Nexon will send you a website where you have to provide some information, and they can help you. They could call you to your home.
If you can't remember the account ID then there's nothing you can do. You need at least SOME info to start recovering an account.
