A rather intriguing question
So this question has been bugging me for a few days now...
If I can use conditioner on my hair, can I use it on the hair between my legs and get the same effect? Would I benefit from this in any way?

When those hairs get stuck on... stuff it gets annoying cause the hair there is like dry and annoying

yes and use hair gel on it and straighten it too and style it
