Rascal Snow Pieces question

Does anyone know if the Muffler for the Rascal snow pieces will become permanent/is there a way to make it permanent? It says it's only usable until the 24th D:

If I knew this beforehand I would have just kept saving up to get the chair <___<" the prize list didn't even tell you it's temporary until after you bought it..

You can get:
Maplemas Potion - 10 Snowpieces, 150 mesos
Toasty Muffler - 1k Snowpieces, 1k mesos ~ +2 all stats 15w/mdef
Ice Chair - 2k Snowpieces, 1k mesos ~ 40hp/30mp every 10 secs
Cookie - 300 Snowpieces, 500 mesos ~ Watk + Matk +20 for 30 mins

All are untradeable.
Chair and cookie are more worth it to me than the others

EDIT: You can find the NPC to get these in the special room above Cliff. You need to exchange 50 Snowpieces for 3 potions before entry.

I know, I sort of regret not asking first, although my threads tend not to get too many replies.. bleh. Well I almost have 1K snow pieces again!

And since the Chair is not trade-able that's sort of a waste might as well just hand it to my Priest then...
