I love how people talk about Empress as if they go on daily runs. I currently do duos and solo with empress and here are some things i learned from actually experiencing her in battle.
1) Easier timing on DR when solo than duo (the person who says duoing makes her DR random is semi tru. It is different than when you solo Empress but it's time is still trackable. 2) Empress DR does not affect a random party member when you attack it affect the one with the lowest amount of HP( not max HP but % amount you have) ex my friend is full health attacking empress while i recently got hit with the bomb attack my HP% is now lower than her yet our total HP is = so i will take the effects of DR when she attacks 3) CoH does not cause DR dmg to your party since it has both i frames and the fact dealing only 1 wont kill a member unless they were a beginner.
4) though many only fight for the armors for now very few have actually completed an Empress run legitly.
5) if you a noob you obviously have already died in your first Empress run cuz you did not study up on how to combat her. Or your like me and forgets that Mikhail v2 also cast reflect once his hp gets to 70%.
Any questions just look up the answer 10:1 someone already beat you to asking it.
EDIT: OT: CoH beats Fatal Blow so max that and leave fatal at 3

But these DR mechanisms should not completely undo CoH's i-frames during Empress. It has never been like that.
My DB still uses CoH in Empress with its i-frames working perfectly fine.[/quote]
I don't think you're understanding her point. She's not saying that CoH's iframes are ineffective during Empress, it's just that attacking empress at all during the state of DR would result in someone in your party getting killed due to random targetting, which is a negative impact. Unless of course you're soloing...
