When I go to the quest it says "You got the ancient dragon wing scales from chief tatomo!" and that's it
What do I do now?

Just payed the 50m for ancient dragon wing scales, now what?
When I go to the quest it says "You got the ancient dragon wing scales from chief tatomo!" and that's it

You have to turn in the quest.
The npc is in the dragon rider pq.
Once you hand it in, you can buy a flying mount and fly all day.

@kasukali: You payed 50M for a quest that lets you fly on a flying mount. Pegasus is the cheapest flying mount. If you were not looking in getting a flying mount/being able to fly on a mount in the first place, there goes 50M mesos.
