@Discoinfurno: Hmm, maybe you didn't do cs trade? ;o (Gotta right-click the person to do it/enter your PIC for it etc) Cause normal trade doesn't work. Other than that no idea, though I do know that some items have gender restrictions for some odd reason though none of the perm items do as far as I know (rainbow expirable cs top for female). :{ Just odd to have it since people can equip them on opposite-gender androids anyway.

If you equipped them and it no longer says you can gain charm from them, you won't be able to trade them.
