Asians have more feminine features in general, which is why the men look less masculine compared to other races (but also why some of the girls can look super delicate and feminine). They also have less testosterone, which means less natural muscle mass for asians, a disadvantage for the guys.
Also, you could say that european american people have more variety in their genes than asians do, which can be why some people think that european americans in general are more attractive than asian americans. It might also explain why people in south america (Venezuela, Brazil) are so darn sexy.
@spring786: I don't hit on guys period. My current boyfriend complains that girls never chase guys, but I just respond saying that every guy I've wanted to date has come after me. If they wanted girls to chase guys they'd have to make guys hit on us girls less.
