Working Out Help

So recently I've been working out and I have this routine where I do 1 pull up, 2 push ups, 3 sit ups, and then 2 pull ups, 4 push ups, and 6 sit ups and so on going up to 6 pull ups, 12 push ups, and 18 sit ups and I work my way back down. And then I use my whole equipment set in the back and do my routine of weights 4 times. That consists of bench press, dumbells, and a whole bunch of stuff. I was thinking if I should skip the first part (pull ups, push ups, and sit ups) and just do my routine with equipment 6 times instead.
(All of this might sound a bit complicated btw o.o)

What do you mean you do your "routine of weights 4 times", like 4 sets of each exercises? The whole routine 4 times in a row? I'm kinda confused.

But it sounds like you're trying to do everything at once all in one work out, you shouldn't do that. You should have days where you focus on a couple muscle groups and that's it, and then the next day focus on different muscle groups, etc.

For example you could do a 3 day split that looks something like this:

Mondays: Chest/Triceps
Wednesdays: Back/Biceps
Fridays: Shoulders/Legs

And the days in-between you can either use as rest days or cardio.

Yeah, your workout seems pretty useless tbh. Sit-ups and push-ups are really only useful if you just began and can't handle the 45lb bar. Otherwise I'd ditch them except for maybe push-ups that target your triceps. Pull-ups are awesome and you should keep doing them (or chin-ups) but I normally do them at the end of my routine.

Doing more sets is potentially useless given your aims. I would suggest doing less sets but adding more weight. This is for strength training mind you, so to get the gainz you want, you def. have to focus a lot on diet than routine, which is p basic. Just add more reps or weight.

PS:

Don't forget to be squatting bro! Srs, best exercise ever, 'cept perhaps for powercleans.

Well basically the first part is my warm up, I try not to go to hard or else I'll probably get tired and the equipment would be harder to use after. So should I just drop the first part?

I'm assuming the calistenics are a warm-up?

I wouldn't forgo them. You can try stretches instead.

EDIT: You'll want to at least 'kick start' your regime and get your muscles working before hitting the weights.
