Don't max Blood Drain. You'll max everything except Booster and Blood Drain
You have 4 options:
Max Booster, 3 Blood Drain
18 Booster, 5 Blood Drain -> recommended
14 Booster, 9 Blood Drain
10 Booster, 13 Blood Drain
13 drain 10 booster, max everything else
If you train correctly, level 3 Blood gets the job done.

Blood drain doesn't have to be maxed, because when it heals 3% of your damage (at level 9), that should almost definitely hit the heal ceiling (10% of your base HP), especially with mobs of 2 or more. Therefore, you don't need any more points in Drain, unless you want to lengthen the timer. All other points go into extending Booster's timer.
