Continue on lv90 Db or remake one?

So guys, im currently deciding over whether or not to continue on my lv90 dual blader (no special equips, everything is clean lol) or remake a db from scratch.
Will having the white db mask make a huge difference in my att range over not having one? Wat about the ring?

I already accepted the headband on my lv 90 db (but im willing to transfer it over with a sharing tag if i end up making a new db), and i already accepted the mastery books on my lv90 db, not sure if u can only get them once or something.

So guys any thoughts ?
